As President, Esther presides over community outreach, including all partnerships with local nonprofits and other Christian organizations on campus. She is the primary facilitator of both leadership and general meetings, guiding Redefined and ensuring that it stays focused on its mission and vision.

As Vice President, Kate oversees the internal operations of Redefined, primarily regarding its members. She is in charge of membership, recruitment, and structure, and it is her job to ensure that being part of Redefined is a meaningful and fulfilling experience.

As both Secretary and Treasurer, Michelle is responsible for all technical, administrative, and financial functions of Redefined. By keeping records of meetings, enforcing action items, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that members stay informed, she keeps Redefined operating smoothly.
